We now have a limited number of BRAND NEW 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes available. They are new, modern, all-electric units with mini-split units for heat and air conditioning in the living area and each bedroom. Apartments also feature modern vinyl plank flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms, spacious closets, stackable washer and dryer, plus gorgeous, contemporary bathrooms.
All of our substantially sized apartments are available in one and two bedroom floor plan options. All apartment homes feature open floor plans and include over-sized closets. Our community offers free heating in select homes, a bark park for your dogs enjoyment, and a fitness center. Regency Park is situated very close to public transportation, Anderson Elementary School, Virginia Lake and the Moana Lane shopping district.

NEIGHBORHOOD
We are just west of the Moana Lane shopping district, and close to the Convention Center and casinos, walking distance to Virginia Lake and close to Downtown and the Reno Tahoe International Airport. The RTC Route 6 bus line stops directly across from Regency Park on Lakeside Drive and runs between Downtown and the Meadowood Mall between 5:15 am and 10:30 pm.
